On September 8, 1980Stayve Jerome Thomas, better known as Slim Thug, was born in Houston, Texas. He has kept his parentage and academic history a secret. Because of his height and lanky build, he was dubbed Slim Thug. Slim has always had a passion for music, even as a youngster. He used to rap freestyle at local high school parties when he was 17 years old.
