Jon Gruden was born in Sandusky, Ohio on August 17, 1963. The Cleveland Browns were his favorite team as a kid. Jim Gruden, his father, was a football coach. Jim has worked for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a regional scout, player personnel director, and quarterbacks coach. He is the eldest of two siblings.
