On November 26, 1966, Garcelle Beauvais was born in Haiti’s Saint-March. Axel Jean Pierre and Marie-Claire Beauvais, her parents, gave birth to her. Axel, her father, is an attorney, and Marie, her mother, is a nurse. When her parents divorced, she was still a tiny child. She immigrated to the United States with her mother when she was seven years old. She spent her childhood in Peabody, Massachusetts, with her six older siblings.
