Early life

Thomas Pestock, Baron Corbin’s father, was born in Lenexa, Kansas, on September 13th, 1984. In 2008, he lost his father to Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, which he contracted as a child. Baron keeps his father’s wedding ring on a chain as a memento. He also has tattoos of his late father and grandparents on his leg.

By the year 2007, Baron had already won the Golden Gloves regional amateur boxing championship twice. He played in the Golden Gloves National Tournament of Champions after a year, and in the preliminary round, he defeated CHaen Chess. But he falls against Andrae Cathron in the quarter-finals.
