Ant Anstead was born in, Cambridgeshire, on March 28, 1979. He began his education at Richard Hale School before transferring to Haileybury School. In Hertfordshire, where he finished his A-levels.

The couple married in a secret ceremony in California the following year. But, their marriage would crumble, and Christina would petition for divorce in 2020. He claims disagreements about the reason. Both have moved on after their marriage, Anstead dating Renee Zellweger, an actress.
